We have extensive experience in the care sector, and we are passionate about providing person-centred care by selecting, training, and placing highly qualified candidates, with the right temperament for the demands of the role.
We provide mandatory induction training to candidates in adult and children sectors. Our extensive induction training includes safeguarding, medication administration, epilepsy awareness, and practical intervention for adults and young people having trouble coping with their placement or in the care provided. All training is updated annually.
We take our compliance responsibilities seriously; all SRA candidates are fully vetted. This includes, a right-to-work check, a face-to-face interview, a full employment history, with reference checks, and a disclosure and barring service (DBS) check.
