Founded in 2005 by Dr Irene Mosaku, SRA has supported the growth of several organisations by introducing talented, motivated, and qualified candidates either in a temporary or permanent capacity.
We recruit and evaluate candidates in several sectors, ensuring that our applicants meet industry standards, and have the skills required to succeed in their chosen role.

Dr Irene Mosaku
Managing Director
I believe in an ethical recruitment agency which puts the needs of both clients and staff first. This was the driving force when I started SRA nearly 20 years ago and is still at the heart of the business.
We are experts in finding the right people to work in your organisation and have been supplying and training staff, who have made a positive impact in the organisations that they join on a short or long-term basis.
I am a fully qualified science teacher and worked as a supply teacher and residential childcare worker for several years before founding the company. I have always been passionate about playing a supportive role in the lives of young people within the local community and beyond.
Outside of work I am an avid walker and gardener. I am part of a walking group who plan long walks in the surrounding countryside. I have 3 daughters and SRA has become our family business.
Iyiola Alafiatayo
Assistant Manager and Finance Officer
After finishing my masters, I entered the mental health division of the NHS and later entered into the financial sector. These differing sections of society gave me an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our society and which has enabled me to give SRA a unique perspective in social care and recruitment.
I like to ensure that candidates and my colleagues feel supported in their roles and that SRA is a company that cares for their individual needs. I am also responsible for ensuring that our invoices and staff are paid in a timely manner.
In my spare time I enjoy taking long walks in the countryside, gardening and cooking new recipes I have discovered.
Kunbi Mosaku
Recruitment Consultant
I joined SRA fulltime in 2017 as recruitment consultant. I am responsible for recruiting new members of staff and deploying them to the most appropriate role. I always enjoy interacting with the candidates and finding the right position for them.
SRA was founded with supporting people in mind, and I am proud to be part of a team which helps people establish themselves in their new careers.
In my spare time, I love working out, as well as reading and travel.
