SRA care staff work to support and care for people in a variety of ways. These are demanding positions; therefore, candidates need to demonstrate patience and pressure management skills. SRA provides mandatory induction training in the care sector and organise specialist training sessions for incoming staff to ensure candidates are equipped and confident in their assigned role.

All positions will require an enhanced disclosure and barring service check.
